Itchy Feet...

or WANDERLUST (for a nicer term).  I have recently diagnosed myself with this incurable disease.

n. A very strong or irresistible impulse to travel.

[German : wandernto wander (from Middle High German) + Lustdesire (from Middle High German, from Old High German; see las- in Indo-European roots).]

I quite like that this word has German origin (and am beyond excited that a German someone will be here in only five days)! At the moment I am lusting after a few places...

The first is Hurghada, Egypt.
I'll be here with Sebastian in only a few weeks! Since tourism has decreased in Egypt
it's incredibly cheap to stay at these amazing resorts and beaches! Rays of sun to soak up,
tasty drinks and places to explore, and waves to jump in? Don't mind if I do!

The second is good ol' Rocky Top, Tennessee!
Cades Cove is one of my favorite places in Tennessee. Mountains, waterfalls, and amazing
wildlife is everywhere--for as far as the eye can see! A nice picnic *barbq, baked beans, coleslaw, biscuits,
and lemonade* along with some fantastic country music and good friends will make a perfect day.

The third is Mumbai, India.
India has been on the top of my "Travel List" for years! I'm dying to go during the Holi Festival. Aren't these colors amazing!? Both men and women joyously celebrating their religious beliefs. Lovely.

The fourth is Berlin, Germany.
I'm so excited to study at the Hertie School of Governance next semester in Berlin! I've heard nothing but great things about the city and culture (I'm sure the picture doesn't do it justice). It should be an en exciting adventure!

The fifth *but honestly, the list goes on and on* is Greece.
I feel like this photo explains everything! I can't find one flaw, except for maybe I am not in this picture stuffing my face with amazing seafood and dancing to crazy Greek music. Simultaneously, of course. :P
This beautiful country has also be on the List for years...

*Sigh* back to reality!
